항원에 따라 다양한 형태로 발생하는 아프타성궤양은 직경 2~10mm의 원형 또는 타원형의 궤양을 말한다. 연고, 크림 등 기존 제품은 침으로 인한 약물의 지속력과 내구성을 떨어뜨리기 때문에 점액, 상피 등에 직접 부착할 수 있는 Hydrogel 제제를 이용해 짧은 체류시간 내에 효과를 볼 수 있는 제품을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다. Hydrogel 성분으로 항산화, 항균 효과가 뛰어난 흰민들레와 구골나무매자를 넣었고, 염증에 효과적인 알로에베라도 사용했다. 유연한 특성의 Hydrogel은 이동성이 많은 구강 점막에 사용하기 적합하여 침으로 인해 지속적인 약효를 보이지 못하는 점을 개선하고 구강 점막에서 효과적으로 지속되는 구내염 치료제를 제공하여 편의성과 적응성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Aphtha ulcers, which occur in various forms depending on the antigen, refer to circular or oval ulcers with a diameter of 2-10mm. The goal of this study is to develop a product that can be effective in a short stay time using hydrogel preparations that can be attached directly to mucus and epithelium because existing products such as ointments and creams reduce the durability and durability of drugs caused by saliva. White dandelions and Old Stone Mage, which have excellent antioxidant and antibacterial effects, were added as hydrogel components, and aloe vera, which is effective for inflammation, were also used. The flexible hydrogel is suitable for use in the highly mobile oral mucosa, which is expected to improve the inability to show continuous medicinal effects due to saliva and provide effective treatment for stomatitis in the oral mucosa, thereby enhancing convenience and adaptability.
