제주문화경관에 대한 지리철학적 고찰: 제주도 주거문화경관의 眞僞에 대하여

Abstract

This paper explores a geographical analysis on the fact that authenticity and authenticity can exist in the substance of a cultural landscape just as genuine and fake exist in works of art. An empirical example for this is the cultural landscape of Jeju Islanders’ housing. Specifically, three types of cultural landscapes of housing are presented. The first is Jeju Island's traditional residential cultural landscape, the folk dwelling of Ahn’gŏ’ri-Bak’gŏ’ri, second, Ahn’gŏ’ri-Bak’gŏ’ri stuffed in the Jeju Folk Village, and third, Biotopia luxury townhouse complex. Through the geographical analysis of these three types of residential cultural landscapes, it is intended to call for a reconsideration of contemporary philosophical thoughts that denies the distinction between the authenticity and the inauthenticity of a specific reality.
