개혁 개방이후 중국의 사회단체 및 계층구조 변화에 관한 연구

Abstract

The China's Communist Party and The state government leader's negative understanding on the civic group have gradually changed to correct understanding. In fact, before The Dengxiaoping' Era, the leaders who have considerable clout in The CCP had never thought about the appearance of independent civic groups which could take an active part in China's civil Society.Under the situation of the State which has a steady collective party leadership system and planned economic system, most of China leaders absolutely not acknowledge to the being of Civic group itself. But according to the gross of economic development and the change of political ideology, many of independent civic group gradually take an active part in China.Now in many of China leaders regard most of chinese civic group as a co-operative partner. So the purpose of this article is on the analysis of the change of relationship between the government and the civic group. And finally we can prospect the possibility of china government could usefully meet the needs of civil society.
