시각장애 재활 전문가의 대학 양성에 대한 현장 종사자의 인식 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how the staff of welfare centers for the visual impaired recognize about setting up the vision rehabilitation department in a university. A total of 106 staff from 15 welfare centers for the visual impaired responded to a questionnaire with 27 items. The results were as follows:First, the welfare centers for the visual impaired have been hard up hiring the eligible rehabilitation specialists for the visual impaired. So if vision rehabilitation specialists will be trained in a univesity, the staff of welfare centers for the visual impaired supported that the centers have to hire them first. Second, the staff supported that the train course of vision rehabilition specialist should establish in a national university, not private agency]. Third. the staff were of opinion that the proper entrance quota is twenty persons and the curricular have to be composed multi-major tracks possible to major in social welfare or vocation rehabilitation. So the related institions should step up setting up the vision rehabilitation department in a national university.
