농협합병효과에 대한 국내외 연구논문 고찰

Abstract

Agricultural Cooperatives have been carrying out various methods to adapt to the changes in the internal and external agricultural cooperative situation. For the adaptation to changes, we have to improve the efficiency of management in Agricultural Cooperatives in advance. This study attempted to quantify the impact of management and economic effect about merger agricultural cooperatives by the review of previous study. The study results are as follows : Firstly, management effect of scale did not appear because merger is caused in merger between weak agricultural cooperatives. Secondly, does not revealed of economies of scale in study of American agricultural cooperatives' merger but increasing yearly mean growth rate.Thirdly, economic efficiency of scale did not appeared by merging agricultural cooperatives in Japan.Finally, merging effect will be attained by the employee and members ceaseless effort for efficiency raising after merger.
