기업의 자본구조는 기업가치 극대화라는 초점에 맞춰 결정하게 된다. 일반적으로 공기업은 사기업과 달리 이윤추구보다는 공공성 혹은 공익성을 우선적으로 추구한다는 차이점을 가지고 있다. 하지만 공기업도 기업성격을 지닌 조직체를 구성하고, 시장원리에 의해 움직인다는 공통점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자본구조이론인 정태적 절충이론(trade-off theory)과 자본조달순위이론(pecking order theory)을 이용하여 시장형 국가공기업의 자본구조 결정요인을 규명하고 두 이론을 따르는지를 비교분석하였다.
Abstract
The corporate capital structure will be decided according to the focus of maximizing corporate value. Generally, unlike private enterprises, there is a difference that public corporations preferentially seek publicity and public interest, not profit pursuit. However, there is a common point that public corporations also constitute an organization with the character of a company and move according to the market principle. Therefore, in this research, the determinant factor of the capital structure of the public corporation is investigated through the Trade-off theory and the Pecking order theory of the representative capital structure, Comparative analysis was conducted on whether or not to support the theory.
