KOLRA 낱말 읽기 유창성 선별 검사의 점자판(Braille Version)에 대한 타당도와 문단글 읽기 유창성에 대한 예측력 분석

본 연구는 KOLRA의 낱말 읽기 유창성 선별 검사의 점자판에 대한 일반화 타당도를 검증하고, 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성의 점자 문단글 읽기 유창성에 대한 예측력 분석을 통해 맹학생을 위한 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성 선별 검사의 개발 유용성을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 5개 시각장애학교의 초·중·고 점자 사용 학생 52명을 대상으로 KOLRA의 낱말 읽기 유창성 검사지와 RA-RCP의 문단글 읽기 유창성 검사지를 점역하여 읽기 검사를 실시하였다. 먼저 KOLRA 낱말 읽기 유창성 선별 검사의 점자판에 대한 타당도를 살펴본 결과, 공인타당도로 KOLRA의 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성과 RA-RCP의 문단글 읽기 유창성 간의 상관계수가 r=.944, 준거 관련 타당도로 점자학습 기간과 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성 간의 상관계수가 r=.577, 교사의 경험으로 판단한 점자 읽기 정상 범위 학생과 정상 이하 학생 집단 간의 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성의 차이가 t=4.340(p=.000)으로, 점역하여 사용하여도 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성의 점자 문단글 읽기 유창성에 대한 예측력을 알아본 결과, 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성의 점자 문단글 읽기 유창성에 대한 설명력이 89.3%로 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성 선별 검사가 점자 사용 학생의 점자 문단글 읽기 유창성 본검사를 상당히 정확하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 현장에서 점자 읽기 부진 학생을 선별하는 검사로 점자 낱말 읽기 유창성 검사도구의 개발이 필요하고 유용하다는 것을 나타낸다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the validity of the braille version of KOLRA word reading fluency test and predictability for paragraph reading fluency. The subjects were 52 blind students of 5 schools for the visual impaired from the third grade through 12th grade. The instruments for measuring word reading fluency and paragraph reading fluency were used the word reading fluency screening test of KOLRA and the paragraph reading fluency sub-test of RA-RCP. The results of the study are as follows: First, the reliability coefficient of test-retest was more than 0.9. Second, the concurrent validity between the word reading fluency of KOLRA and the paragraph reading fluency of RA-RCP was high correlation. And It tended to increase depending on the learning period of braille. So, the reliability and validity of the braille version of KOLRA word reading fluency screen test were demonstrated satisfactory level. And the braille word reading fluency predicted the braille paragraph reading fluency precisely.
