본 연구는 자기경영 운용체계 교육을 통하여 정신적 장애인의 표정, 자세 및 활력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상자는 A에 소재하는 장애인 직업적응훈련센터에서 직업적응훈련 중인 장애인 6명으로 선정하였다. 자기경영 운용체계 교육은 충전하기, 집중하기, 느끼기, 표현하기를 바탕으로 구성하였고, 12주간, 1주일에 1회, 1회당 50분을 실시하였다. 자기경영 운용체계 교육의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 연구자와 직업적응훈련센터 교사 3명은 1회기와 12회기에 연구대상자의 표정, 자세, 활력이 포함된 관찰일지를 작성하였으며, 각 회기별 연구대상자의 특이사항 여부를 확인하였다. 작성한 관찰일지의 내용을 바탕으로 연구자와 직업적응훈련센터 교사 3명은 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 인터뷰 시 직업적응훈련센터 교사의 동의하에 녹취하였다. 녹취한 인터뷰는 전사하였고, 직업적응훈련센터 교사가 작성된 관찰일지가 일치하는지 확인하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 자기경영 운용체계 교육은 정신적 장애인들이 밝은 표정으로 참여하는 것을 보아 표정변화에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 정신적 장애인은 자기경영 운용체계 교육에 허리를 곧게 세우고, 얼굴을 들어 올린 바른 자세로 참여하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 셋째, 자기경영 운용체계 교육은 정신적 장애인의 적극적으로 사고하고, 표현하는 활력적인 모습으로 참여하였다. 따라서, 자기경영 운용체계 교육은 정신적 장애인의 건강증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.
Abstract
The study aims to examine the impact on the expression, attitude and energy of the mentally disabled through self management operating system education. The study participants were selected as six the disabled in vocational training in occupational training center for the disabled is located Daejeon. The self-management operating system education was organized based on charging, focusing, feeling, and expressing. It was conducted once a week for 12 weeks and 50 minutes per session. To confirm the effectiveness of self management operating system education, researchers and three teachers at the occupational training center wrote an observation log containing the expression, attitude and vitality of the participants in the first session and confirmed whether the participants were special in each session. Based on the contents of the observation log, the researchers and three teachers of the vocational training center conducted interviews, and the interview was recorded with the consent of the teacher at the vocational training center. The recorded interview was removed and the teacher at the vocational training center confirmed whether that the written observation log matched or not. As a result, First, self management operating system education affected the facial changes for the mentally disabled. The mentally disabled happily participated in the self-management operating system education with a bright expression. Secondly, self management operating system education affected the attitude change of the mentally disabled. The mentally disabled participated in the education of self management operating system by straightening their backs and raising their faces. Third, the self-management operating system education affected the vitality change of the mentally disabled. The mentally disabled actively participated in the self-management operating system education, with thinking and expressing themselves energy. Therefore, self management operating system education has a positive effect on the social, cognitive, energy cycle of the mentally disabled.
