우리나라 경제성장의 토대는 정부의 적극적인 연구개발 투자로 인한 기업의 지속적인 연구개발 강화로 이어지는 선순환 구조를 유지한데 기인하고 있다. 정보통신산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보에는 정부의 적극적인 연구개발 정책과지속적인 R&D 지원 투자가 수반된 결과로 판단되며, 정보통신 기술 활용과 산업화를 위한 변화로 기존 기술 한계를 극복하고 새로운 원천기술을 확보하기 위한 기술의 융․복합화 확산 추세로 IT 기반기술 활용이라는 세계적 기술융합 트랜드가 전개되고 있다. 정부에서 지원하는 중소기업기술개발사업과 컴퓨팅 관련 기업에 대한 성과조사분석을통해 기술‧경제적 성과를 조사․검증하고 정부지원사업 투자 효율성 분석과 정보통신기업 성과요인 분석을 하였다.
Abstract
The foundation of economic growth in Korea's aggressive research and development investment by the government due to the company's ongoing research Strengthening the development and maintenance leading to a virtuous cycle but has been attributed. Global competitiveness of the telecommunications industry Secure the government's active research and development policy enforcement and continuous support for R & D investment as a result of the accompanying Is determined, the use of information and communication technology for the industrialization and changes in technology overcomes the limitations of existing and new Cloud core technology to assure melting of a technology. Hybrid spread worldwide trend of using IT-based technology Technology convergence trends are being developed. The government supports technology development for small businesses seonggwajo ‧ Inc. and economic performance through the analysis of survey techniques. Verification and effectiveness of government support for business investment Analysis and information and communication company's performance was a factor analysis.
