Abstract
This paper consider the acceptance patterns of Korean language with chinese textbook(朝鮮語及漢文讀本) by analysing the school entrance examination questions of Joseon in the 1920s. And this study reveals the aspects of agreement and rivalry between main agent's intention and accepter's response with regard to the textbook by dealing with the issue surrounding the textbook, that is the debate of Korean language spelling and the publication of test-preparation books. In addition, in this study we can find how Joseon people transform the aspect of the educational authority which the Japanese government general of Korea had wanted to give itself and the momentum of highlighting the relative autonomy which the educatee could have in the field of knowledge.
