단군신화는 한국 역사와 문명의 시원으로 간주 되어 왔음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 철학적, 사상사적 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 논문은 안종화, 이남영의 주장을 토대로 단군신화 세계관의 심층 구조를 분석해보고 이것을 화이트헤드의 서양 유기체 철학적 사유와 유비적으로 비교함으로써 단군신화 세계관의 심층 구조와 관련한 연구의 범주를 최대한 확대해 보고, 그 결과로부터 한국 문명의 미래를 풍부하게 할 수 있는 정치사상의 추출 가능성도 모색해 보고자 한다.
Abstract
While Dangun-myth, as a historical starting point of Korean Civilization, has to be rightly considered capable of supplying with all the necessary comprehensive intellectual archive enabling the universal academic activities such as history, philosophy and political thoughts in Korea, the high expectation has been beyond satisfaction so far because of the lack of complete understanding on the detailed deep structural information behind the myth. This paper seeks to find a hint of the said information by analogically comparing Ahn, Jong-Hwa and Lee, Nam-young’s understanding of Philosophy of Organism(the World View of Grand Totality) vis-a-vis Dangun-myth with that of Alfred North Whitehead. In so doing, this paper also aims at finding a feature of political thoughts which might make possible the much needed academic initiation in betterment of the future for Korean Civilization.
