Abstract

On the Necessity of Recollection and Reorganization of Research History and Research Method Jung, Yun-chul This study is a kind of suggestion for the academic development of Korean-Chinese contrastive analysis in Korea. Not a few studies have been made on Korean-Chinese contrastive analysis in Korea with concerns of many researchers. This is very meaningful in terms of development of Chinese education. However, there are some limitations in methodological aspects or varieties of research areas. To overcome the limitations of Korean-Chinese contrastive analysis and make the research environment more suitable for the research, this study presents two suggestions as following.First, it is about the reorganization of research history of Korean- Chinese contrastive analysis. The other is scientific analysis of existing research methods. More reasonable researches are based on the careful examination of existing researches. From the viewpoint of this, it is very regretful that there was not enough work in recollecting of Korean- Chinese contrastive analysis. This study suggests some standards and methods to reorganize existing research history and analyze methodologies more reasonably. Also, it is true that these standards and methods should be modified and elaborated hereafter.I hope that this study will make public opinion about Korean-Chinese contrastive analysis in Korea and help many researchers do research with a broader view about Korean-Chinese contrastive analysis.
