중고등학생이 인식한 체육 교사의 관계성지지 교수 행동이 학습자의 경쟁성향과 불링에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 중·고등학생이 인식한 체육 교사의 관계성지지 교수 행동이 학습자의 경쟁성향과 불링 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. A 지역 4개 중고등학교에 재학하고 있는 학생 1,443명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행했다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 중·고등학생이 인식하는 체육 교사의 관계성지지 교수 행동은 학습자의 협력적 경쟁성향을 정적으로 예측하고, 대립적 경쟁성향은 부적으로 예측하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 중·고등학생이 인식하는 체육 교사의 관계성지지 교수 행동은 학습자의 피해 경험과 가해 경험을 부적으로 예측하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 학습자가 교사로부터 관계성지지를 받는다고 높게 인식할수록 학습자는 협력과 협동을 중시하면서 협력적 경쟁성향을 추구할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 또한, 관계성지지 인식이 높을수록 친구 간의 시기, 질투와 갈등을 유발하는 대립적 경쟁성향이 감소할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 특히, 교사의 관계성지지를 학습자가 높게 인식할수록 불링 행동도 감소할 수 있다는 사실을 보여준다. 결과적으로 체육 교사의 관계성지지 교수 행동은 학습자에게 올바른 경쟁 인식을 심어주고, 체육교육 현장에 불링 행동의 예방과 감소를 위해 체육 교사의 교수 행동이 왜 중요하고 필요한지에 관한 정보를 제공해준다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to exam to relationship between teacher relatedness support, student contesting orientation and bullying in physical education (PE) context. The study design was cross-sectional. We conducted a online survey with middle-and-high school students. Analyses show that the teacher relatedness support was positive effects of partnership orientation, whereas, it was negative effects of war orientation. The teacher relatedness support also was negative effects of bullying. In addition, the partnership orientation was significant negative predictors of victims and bullies, while the war orientations was significant positive predictors of victims and bullies in PE. In conclusion, it shows that the teacher relatedness support plays an important role to enhance partnership orientation. Also, in order to reduce learners' bullying behavior, physical education teachers' relatedness support teaching behavior plays an important role, and suggesting that bulyling behavior can be induced or prevented depending on the learner's contesting orientation.
