中国民族地区公共卫生服务项目的实施成效及优化对策

Abstract

China is boosting basic public health service across the board to realize Healthy China Initiative. This article surveys to analyze the implement achievements of regional public health service and comes up with optimizing strategies accordingly. This study applies research method such as investigation and interviews, collecting source material to summarize what the current situation is, based on which existing issues were raised and corresponding measures are proposed. The study focuses on public health service for women and illustrates this situation through nine aspects: maternal mortality rate, maternal health management, free pregnancy health management, family planning level, screening of cervical carcinoma and breast carcinoma, electronic information management, performance assess, etc. It was found that there exists issues like serious lack of high-level personnel, short of pertinence in performance assess and less emphasis given to medical examination before marriage and pregnancy. Public health service for women has been carried out effectively, however, potential issues are also born with it. Based on what had been surveyed, proposed solutions are as follows: strengthen the development of talents in public health service and improve appraisal system around rural areas.
