수업분석은 수업의 질을 향상시키고 교사의 전문성을 함양하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 수업분석을위해 개발된 대시보드의 경우 실질적인 교수 개선으로 연결하기 어려운 측면이 있다. 이러한 한계를극복하기 위해, 수업분석 대시보드를 시스템 차원으로 확장하여 수업의 각 단계에서 데이터를 기반으로 한 시각화와 피드백을 제공하고, 교사가 즉각적으로 교수 전략을 조정할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 본 연구는 교사 중심의 사용자 요구를 반영하여, 교수 지원을 위한 수업분석 대시보드 시스템 설계원리를 개발함으로써, 수업분석 결과가 교사의 실질적인 교수 개선으로 이어질 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초중등학교 교사 4명을 대상으로 요구분석을 실시하고, 문헌분석과 전문가 5명의 검토를 통해 설계원리를 도출하고 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 최종적으로 7가지 설계원리로 수업분석목적 기반 데이터 수집 지원, 윤리적 데이터 수집 및 활용, 다층적 데이터 분석 결과 연계, 분석 결과해석 지원 시각화, 수업 맥락 기반 피드백 정교화, 교사 전문성 존중, 대시보드 환류 체계 구축을 제시하였다. 해당 설계원리는 수업분석 준비, 수업분석, 결과의 대시보드 시각화, 피드백, 그리고 환류시스템으로 이어지는 순환적 구조를 중심으로 제시되었다. 본 연구는 향후 교수 지원을 위한 대시보드 및 시스템 설계․개발 연구에 실질적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Teaching analysis is essential for enhancing instructional quality and fostering teacher professional growth. However, existing dashboards for teaching analysis often fall short of translating insights into tangible instructional improvements. To address this limitation, teaching analysis dashboards should be expanded into system-level tools that provide data-driven visualization and feedback across each stage of instruction, enabling teachers to promptly adjust and refine their teaching strategies. This study aimed to develop design principles for a teaching analysis dashboard system that reflects teacher-centered user needs, ensuring that teaching analysis results can lead to meaningful instructional improvement. To achieve this, needs analysis was conducted with four elementary and secondary school teachers, and the design principles were derived and validated through literature review and expert review by five specialists. As a result, seven final design principles were proposed: supporting data collection aligned with the purpose of teaching analysis, ethical data collection and utilization, linking multi-level data analysis results, visualization to support interpretation of analysis results, refining feedback based on teaching context, respecting teacher professionalism, and establishing a dashboard feedback system. These principles were presented as part of a cyclical structure encompassing preparation for teaching analysis, analysis, dashboard visualizations, feedback, and a feedback loop system. it is expected to provide practical implications for future research on the design and development of dashboards and systems that support teaching.
