최근 국가적으로 창의적 인재 양성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 창의성을 인지적 특성으로 해석하는 것에서 벗어나 각각 다른 분야별, 교과별로 해당분야의 고유한 창의성 요소를 발굴하고 이를 교육하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 창의성 연구에서 가장 어려운 분야 중 하나는 창의성을 평가하는 문제에 대한 것이다. 그동안 대부분의 창의성 검사도구는 심리, 교육 분야에서 개발되었기 때문에 체육 분야에서 그대로 사용하기에는 무리가 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 최근 체육 분야에서 창의성 교육 프로그램과 평가 방법에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있는 것을 배경으로 체육 창의성을 평가할 수 있는 도구를 제작하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 체육 창의성의 하위 요소는 ‘표현력’과 ‘전술력’으로 선정하였다. 320명의 초등학교 5, 6학년을 대상으로 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 최종적으로 8문항 2요인으로 구성된 체육 창의성 평가도구를 개발하였다. 기존에 제작된 창의성 검사와의 관계와 재검사 신뢰도를 통해 평가도구의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증했으며 실제 교사의 평정을 기초로 체육 능력 수준별 창의성에 차이가 있는지 확인하였다. 향후 연구에서는 전국 규모의 표본을 대상으로 내적 구조에 기초한 근거를 확인하는 등 평가도구의 타당화 연구가 지속적으로이루어져야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Recently, the importance of creativity and creative people is emphasized in Korean government and related research is conducted almost all academic community. One of major problem in creativity study is evaluating person’s creativity level. Historically, the creativity research performed in psychology and education field, and few study conducted for making creativity assessment tool in physical education and sports. The purpose of this study is to develop creativity assessment tool which can used in physical education and sports fields. The data from 320 elementary students were used for the analysis. Through the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the 8 items and 2 factor were extracted. The 2 factor were interpreted as ‘expressive creativity’ and ‘strategic creativity’. The validity and reliability verification also conducted. In future research, the verification of evidence based on internal structure should be performed.
