본 논문에서는 농가경제조사에서 발생하는 결측치를 적절한 값으로 대체하여 완전자료셋을 구성하기 위해 2003년 9월 경남지역의 농가경제자료를 이용하여 세가지 대체법(imputation)을 적용한 후 이를 비교하였다. 대체법으로 핫덱대체법(hot deck imputation), 최근방대체법(nearest neighbor imputation), 소득과 관련된 다변량자료를 이용하여 대체군내에서 소득구조가 비슷한 군집을 형성한 후 군집내의 자료로 랜덤하게 대체하는 군집내 랜덤대체법(random imputation within clusters)을 적용하여 보았다. 또한, 대체변동을 반영한 분산을 추정하기 위해 수정된 잭나이프분산(jackknife variance)를 구하여 세가지 대체법의 효율을 비교하였다.
Abstract
To have a high precision for farm household economy survey and create a complete data set, we consider suitable imputation methods for missing values which take place in this survey. In this paper, we apply hot deck imputation, nearest neighbor imputation and random imputation within clusters to 2003 farm household economy survey. Also, to solve the problem of variance underestimation, the adjusted jackknife variance is applied to numerical simulations for this three imputations.
