농촌형 사회적 일자리에 대한 사례 연구 -진안군을 중심으로-

This study aims to find possibilities and proper routes of the rural social works. This study has set up rural revitalization as a solution to rural problems, and has set up endogenous developments as a methodology for rural revitalization. So, a viewpoint of this study is that social works in rural must serve as a practice means for endogenous development. Practice methodologies for endogenous development set up seeking after sustainability, increasing autonomy, increasing linkage, and increasing intergration. The study target is Jinan-Gun. At present, community manager, lifelong learning leader, community research group and self-sufficient business of region self-sufficiency center are active as social works in Jinan-Gun. Analysis shows that their activities are affirmative, in all but one. That is increasing intergration. So, this study acknowledges a limit to social works in Jinan-Gun. However it is possible for this study to make a rough estimate that serves as an important practice means for endogenous development of the region. The above findings show that social works in Jinan-Gun have meaning as important practice to find a possibile and proper route to the rural type of social works.
