비자살적 자해행동 평가도구 개관

초록

본 연구는 비자살적 자해에 대한 이해를 높이고자 이를 평가하는 주요 도구들을 분석하였다. 평가도구 선정을 위해 문헌조사를 실시하였으며 7개의 선행연구에서 35개의 평가도구가 확인되었다. 이후 선정기준에 따라 13개 평가도구를 선정하였고, 개발대상, 표본 수, 평균연령 및 표준편차를 제시하였다. 선정된 평가도구는 측정학적 속성과 측정내용에 따라 평가하였으며, 구체적으로는 비자살적 자해특성, 신뢰도 및 타당도, 국내 타당화 여부, 사용자격 여부에 따라 분석하였다. 비자살적 자해특성은 Nock(2009)이 제시한 기준에 따라 방법, 지속기간, 빈도, 초발연령, 기능, 최근 자해시점, 가족 포함 지인의 자해이력, 자해 발생에 미치는 요인, 치료경험, 공개여부, 간접자해, 자살 특성(자살생각, 자살계획, 자살시도)을 포함하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 논의에서는 평가도구의 특성에 따른 고찰과 활용에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study aimed to review the instruments of assessing nonsuicidal self-injuries behaviors(NSSI) to enhance understanding of NSSI. Of the 35 instruments from seven previous studies and 13 instruments were selected according to the selection criteria. Prior to the analysis, the development target, number of samples, average age, and standard deviation of the instruments were presented. Then, the selected instruments were analyzed according to the four evaluation criteria: NSSI characteristics, reliability and validity, validation in Korea, and user restrictions. Particularly, NSSI characteristics were presented by method, duration, frequency, age of onset, function, recency, social history, contextual features, treatment experiences, disclosure, indirect self-injury, suicide ideation, suicide plan, and suicide attempt according to the criteria suggested by Nock(2009). Finally, based on the study results, implications for consideration according to the characteristics and the use of instruments were discussed.
