TheKoreaInstituteofEnergy Research(KIER)hasbegancollecting solarradiationcomponents datasince January,1988,and solarradiation classified wavelength data sinceNovember,2008. KIER'ssolarradiation components and classified wavelength data willbe extensively used by concentrating PV system users or designersaswellasbyresearchinstitutes. Itisessentialtoutilizethesolarradiationdataasapplicationanddevelopmentofsolarenergysystem increase. Considerableeffortshavebeenmadeconstructingastandarddatabasesystem from measuredata.
