국제무역에 있어서의 채권양도 유엔협약 2001년에 유엔에서 협상이 종료된 국제무역에 있어서의 채권양도협약 (UN Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade)은 국제적인 채권 양도에 장애가 되는 각국의 법을 조화하여 채권의 양도성을 높이고 이를 통한 금융 및 신용 창출을 용이하게 하여 국제무역을 더욱 촉진하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 협약의 주요 내용과 쟁점, 각국이 동 협약을 비준하는데 있어서 국내 법체계의 충돌 가능성과 관련한 문제점과 앞으로의 전망에 관해 논의한다.
