중국 경제 발전의 배경에서 대학생들은 사회경제 구조의 중요한 참여자로 점점 부상하고 있으며, 이에 따라 고등교육 졸업생들의 취업 문제는 사회적 관심의 중심이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 취업 스트레스, 사회적응력 및 진로결정 자기효능감 간의 영향을 연구하고 모델을 구축하여 이들 간의 상호작용을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 2023년 8월 중국의 4년제 대학생 352명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 그 영향을 분석하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS/MAC 27.0 및 AMOS 26.0 소프트웨어를 사용하여 경로 분석을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생들의 취업 스트레스가 증가할수록 사회적응력이 높아져 진로결정 자기효능감도 상대적으로 향상되는 경향이 있다. 따라서, 대학생들은 사회 환경의 스트레스를 느끼고 난 후, 진로 결정 자기효능감에 대한 인식을 반성하고 변화시키며, 결국 사회 환경에서의 적응 능력을 향상시킨다. 이러한 결과는 고등교육에서 취업 지도의 중요성을 강조하며, 특히 학생들이 취업 스트레스에 대처하는 전략과 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시키는 데 있어서 중요하다. 이러한 발견은 대학 취업 지도에 새로운 관점을 제공하며, 동시에 미래 연구에 대한 이론적 및 실천적 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
Against the background of China's economic development, college students are increasingly emerging as important participants in the structure of social economy. Accordingly, the employment problem of higher education graduates becomes the focus of social attention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the influence among college students' job stress, social adaptability and career decision self-efficacy, and build a model to reveal the interaction between them. To this end, a survey was conducted on 352 four-year college students in China in August 2023 to analyze their impact. The collected data were conducted path analysis using SPSS/MAC 27.0 and AMOS 26.0 software, and the research results are as follows. As college students' job stress increases, their social adaptability increases, and their self-efficacy in career decisions tends to improve relatively. Therefore, college students reflect on and change their perception of career decision self-efficacy after feeling the stress of social environment, and in turn improve their ability of adaptation in social environment. These results highlight the importance of employment guidance in higher education, especially in improving students' sense of strategy and career decision self-efficacy in coping with employment stress. These findings provide a new perspective for university employment guidance, and at the same time provide some theoretical and practice implications for future research.
