심리운동사의 안전공간 인식과 활용에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 한국 심리운동사들의 안전공간에 대한 인식과 적용에 대해서 고찰함으로써 아동을 지원하는 새로운 과제를 발견하고자 하였다. 안전공간에 대한 독일의 문헌을 검토하고 국내 심리운동 전문가를 면담하여 그 경험을 현상학적으로 분석한 결과, 한국의 심리운동사들은 독일 연구자들이 제시한 안전공간 개념을 인식하고 현장에서 실천하고 있었다는 결론을 얻었다. 심리운동사들은 안전공간의 의미에 대해 공통적으로 인식하였고, 아동의 안전공간과 치료사 자신의 안전공간에 대해 경험하고 있었다. 또한 아동의 안전공간과 그 외부적 요인을 반영하여 실천하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 심리운동 이론에서는 이를 ‘심리운동적 대화’라고 명명하고 있으며, 국내의 현장에서 중요하게 받아들여지고 있음을 경험적으로 알 수 있었다. 독일 심리운동의 안전공간 개념을 현장에 적용하기 위한 실천적 노력이 필요하며, 심리운동사들을 위한 관련 교육내용 개발이 필요하다고 제안한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out new support project for children in the field of Korean Psychomotor by analyzing the experience of recognition and utilization of the Safe Place through Korean therapist of Psychomotor. Method: Performed interviews with six therapists of Korean psychomotor and made a qualitative research and analysis in order to achieve the objective of this study. Five main subjects were resulted from the analysis as follows; (1) meaning of Safe Place (2) Children’s experience in the Safe Place (3) Therapists’experience in the Safe Place (4) Practice examples reflecting Safe Place (5) Practice examples reflecting the external factors of the Safe Place. Korean therapists of Psychomotor were utilizing the Safe Place regardless of the recognition on the concept of Safe Place as the Safe Place had a same meaning with psychomotor. Therefore, a follow-up study on the specific measure and education development should be made to apply the concept of the Safe Place in German psychomotor to that of the Korean psychomotor.
