의사결정계층분석(AHP)을 활용한 신체표현역량 요소의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위 분석

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정의 적용 시점에 학교체육 수업에서 표현 영역을 지도하기 위한 신체표현역량의 5가지 역량과 15가지 하위요소 간의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 역량중심 교육과정의 적용으로 각 교과에서 구현해야 할 교육목표, 교육내용의 변화가 예상되는 가운데 체육 교과의 한 영역으로서 표현 영역은 유일한 정규 학교무용 수업으로서의 체계화가 요청된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 세평적 사례선택(reputational case selection)에 근거하여 체육교사 6명, 무용을 전공한 체육교사 6명, 무용예술강사 6명, 방과후수업 및 동아리 무용강사 6명 등 총 24명의 연구대상을 선정하고 2차례에 걸쳐 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 초중등학교 무용교육자들은 다섯 가지 신체표현역량 중 ‘인성역량’을 가장 중요시하였으며, 인성역량의 하위요소 중에는 ‘대인관계능력’, 수행역량의 하위요소 중에는 ‘신체 및 움직임 지각능력’, 감상역량의 하위요소 중에는 ‘감정적 공감능력’, 창작역량의 하위요소 중에는 ‘독창적 사고능력’, 인지역량의 하위요소 중에는 ‘문화적 수용능력’을 가장 중요시하였다. 신체표현역량의 15가지 하위요소 간의 상대적 중요도를 종합적으로 살펴본 결과 상위 3가지 요소는 ‘대인관계능력’, ‘신체 및 움직임 지각능력’, ‘참여 및 향유능력’으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학생들의 인성 함양을 위한 표현 영역 수업을 설계하고 기능중심 학습방법에서 벗어나 감상과 창작활동을 활발하게 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study was carried out to analyse relative weights and priority between five main factors and 15 sub-factors of physical expression competency teachers should teach in expression field for school physical education at the time of applying 2015 revised National Curriculum. For the present, educational targets, educational contents each subject must realize are expected to face some changes by application of competency-centered curriculums, and so expression field as one area of physical education needs to be systemized as an only regular school dance class. Under the circumstances, the study, based on reputational case selection, selected totally 24 study participants including six each of physical education teachers, dance-major physical education teachers, dance art instructors, dance instructors for after-school lessons and clubs, and conducted AHP survey twice. As a result, the study found that elementary, and secondary school teachers thought most highly of ‘character competency’ out of five physical expression competency and specifically thought most highly of ‘interpersonal relationship ability’ out of sub-factors of character competency, ‘perceptual ability of body and movement’ out of sub-factors of performance competency, ‘culturally accommodating ability’ out of sub-factors of appreciation competency, ‘creative thinking ability’ out of sub-factors of creation competency, ‘culturally accommodating ability’ out of sub-factors of cognitive competency. As a result of overall evaluation of relative weights between 15 sub-factors of physical expression competency, top three factors turned out to be ‘interpersonal relationship ability’, ‘perceptual ability of body and movement’, and ‘ability of participant and enjoyment’. Based on these findings, the study believes that educators can design expression field classes to cultivate students' personality and seek measures to actively utilize appreciation and creational activities away from previous function-oriented learning method.
