Abstract
A Critical Study on Propagation of Buddhist Folk Story in China, Korea and JapanThere are very deep original relationships among these three Northeties - China, Korea and Japan have much similar tradition. Unfortunately, such a kind of studies is not as much as it should be. This paper is a case study in which we focus on one Indian (Buddhist) folk story about tortoise /dragon and monkey maintained in different ways in China, Korea and Japan and try to show the value of this academic field.
