China’s International Status in perspective of Soft Power Theory: Focusing on the Cases of International Anti-corruption and Human Rights

Abstract
This study attempts to explain the future international order by examining China’s leadership in terms of soft power. At first, it deals with the international status of China on the basis of hard power, and then investigates the international prestige of China on the basis of soft power focusing on the cases of international anti-corruption and human rights. Thus, it is an ultimate purpose to propose the tasks to be China as a world hegemonic leader. China is a fast growing power country in the world. However, it doesn’t have soft power enough to be a world leading country. China needs to improve serious problems of corruption and low levels of human rights for a true world leader in the future.
