Abstract

Chinese laws affected my country a lot. In Goryo Dynasty of Korea, the law of Dang Dynasty was accepted, but only a few of them was used. In Choson Dynasty, the law of Dang Dynasty was highly accepted, so it was used for 500 years. The law of Dang Dynasty was the complete law of the confucian studies in China. Its central idea was the decorum. When someone violated the criminal law, that person was punished. The punishment depends upon the criminal and victim’s relationship. The law of Ming Dynasty was more embodied than the law of Dang Dynasty. After the Choson accepted the Chinese laws, they made the Choson’s law that was called GyongGukDaeJeon. The GyongGukDaeJeon was the origiral law which was made by the Choson Dynasty. The clause of GyongGukDaeJeon includs the original culture of the Choson Dynasty. The article I wrote was implemented to the Cheson society after the Chinese laws were accepted by Cheson.
