Abstract
This study researches the Chinese “do something” foreign policy in the International transition period. After cold war international system entered upon globalization age. In the past 10years, China has been fully developed in the field of the economy and so do the people’s living conditions. At this time China confront great opportunities and challenges, China want to use its growing national power make a one of super power. And China will be shoulder responsibilities of great power diplomacy multilateral diplomacy and play a great role in international system, vigorously promote multilateral diplomacy and improve capacity of participation and the creation of international agenda.
