Abstract

Ni Zan(倪瓚) was a famous painter and poet of the late Yuan Dynasty. Ni Zan(倪瓚)'s poetry creation has various contents, but the most important part is in reality and reclusion. Accordingly, his poetry was divided into emotions for the real society, feelings for Landscape poems and Emotions in Pantining Poems. Emotions about the real society appear in the part that directly mentions the chaotic reality, sympathy for the various sufferings of the people, the thought of the homeland, and the part that mentions the rise and fall while thinking about the future of the chaotic reality. The characteristic of these poems is that they are not expressed through criticism and revelation like the previous realist poets, but are expressed passively and sympathetically. The feelings in the Landscape poetry is divided into two. The first is a general landscape poem, which expresses a simple and leisurely mood of life through the description of the landscape, and has an unadorned and unpretentious clarity. The other one shows some bland and leisurely mood, but the focus is on expressing one's feelings and has the characteristic of being sentimental. As a master of landscape painting, the poet showed a calm and leisurely feeling through Pantining Poems related to landscape painting, while also expressing gloomy feelings while thinking about the real world or country through paintings of plants and natural objects. Although the Pantining Poems mainly expresses the feeling of painting or appreciating landscapes or bamboo, it is not limited to these poems and contains the poet's intentions. In other words, he euphemistically expressed the chaotic reality through paintings of landscapes and plants, or expressed gloomy feelings about his country.
