AI 챗봇은 학습 목표에 맞춘 맞춤형 기능을 제공하며, 검증된 자료를 바탕으로 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 제공한다. 또한, 로컬 서버나 보안 환경에서 운영하여 데이터 보안과 개인정보 보호를 강화할 수 있으며, 직관적인 사용자 경험을 통해 학습 및 연구의 몰입도를 높일 수 있다. 특히, 중국의 역사와 문화적 맥락을 반영한 답변을 제공해 사용자의 심층적 이해를 지원한다. 그러나 챗봇에는 몇 가지 한계가 있다. 첫째, 복잡한 질문이나 다단계 질문에 대응하기 어려우며, 고급 학술적 토론을 반영하기에 한계가 있다. 둘째, 챗봇은 중국의 문화적 뉘앙스와 맥락을 완전히 이해하지 못할 수 있다. 셋째, 중국학의 최신 연구 결과와 사회적 변화를 반영하기 위해 챗봇의 지속적인 업데이트와 유지보수가 필요하다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해, AI 챗봇을 외부 도구와 연계해 쉽게 수정하고 유지보수할 수 있는 방식으로 활용하면 시간 절약과 정보 접근의 효율성을 높일 수 있다. AI 챗봇은 중국학 교육과 연구의 방법론을 다양화하고 심화하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다.
Abstract
Chinese studies research and education require vast amounts of information and resources, and the efficient management of these materials has brought attention to the use of AI chatbots. AI chatbots offer customized functions tailored to specific learning goals and provide accurate, reliable content based on verified data. Additionally, they can be operated on local servers or secure environments to enhance data security and protect personal information. By providing an intuitive user experience, these chatbots can increase engagement in learning and research. They are particularly useful in offering responses that reflect China's historical and cultural contexts, supporting users' in-depth understanding. However, there are some limitations to chatbots. First, they struggle with handling complex or multi-layered questions and have difficulties reflecting advanced academic discussions. Second, chatbots may not fully grasp the nuances and contexts of Chinese culture. Third, to stay current with the latest research and social changes in Chinese studies, continuous updates and maintenance of chatbots are necessary. To overcome these limitations, AI chatbots can be integrated with external tools, allowing for easy modification and maintenance. This approach can improve efficiency in time management and information access. AI chatbots have the potential to play a significant role in diversifying and deepening the methodologies used in Chinese studies education and research. A chatbot simultaneously has both advantages and disadvantages, but by creating various types of chatbots, whether simple or complex, and using them as supplementary tools in education and research, it is possible to achieve time savings, information accessibility, and consistency.
