Abstract

This paper is focused on its edition direction and the introduced reasons of Japanese works in the central of the Journal xian-dai, which is one of an important journal in China, 1930. As the edition principle of a journal was mainly decided by a main editor, the Journal xian-dai was also requested to make "the middle level of the literary journal" by Shi Zhi-Cun(施蟄存), who is a main editor at that time. Therefore, the standard basis was decided by the individual view of a editor and the original values of literary works. The individual view means works of authors which was affected on the trend of western literary in the nineteenth century. The introduction of the japanese literature was a main point in the translation of Hyun-Dae foreign literary works. The reason was that editors were fond of the Japanese literature, and modern Japan literature gave the affection to Chinese literature. The Japanese literature put on the Journal xian-dai was mainly concentrated on the works and the literal theory of authors from 1920 through 1930. These tendency gave great affection in the form of xian-dai fraction of the China in poetries, and was brought on the appearance of novel intermediated by the human mental analysis in novels.
