Abstract

The Supreme Court delivered various types of judgment on the Administrative Lawfor the last one year from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. In studying major decisions onthe Administrative Law delivered in 2014, this article tried to understand tendencies and trendsshown in the decisions on the Administrative Law delivered by the Supreme Court for the last oneyear, not in the method of making in-depth analyses on particular individual decisions on theAdministrative Law or introducing comprehensively a number of decisions, but in the method ofimpartially selecting the Supreme Court's important precedents worthy of study in the aspects oflegal principles and thoery to make general comments. For lack of space, this paper did notintroduce the important but lower court decisions on the Administrative Law, the ConstitutionalCourt decisions comprising issues of the Administrative Law and the Supreme Court decisionsconcerning the extra-ordinary Administrative Law. Discussions on such important decisions of theSupreme Court are developed in different subjects such as introductory theorie of theAdministrative Law, the administrative Action, information disclosure, state tort liability andadministrative litigation and adjudication.
