본 연구의 목적은 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식이 교사의 경력, 연수 경험, 컴퓨터 사용 능력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있으며, 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 경험 및 요구가 어떠한가를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기도 공사립 유치원 교사 400명이며, 사용된 도구는 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 및 요구를 알아보기 위하여 문헌고찰 및 면접, 예비 조사, 내용타당도 검증 등의 과정을 거쳐 제작된 질문지이다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식은 사이버연수의 필요성 및 관심, 참여의사에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 경험 및 요구는 60시간, 1일 평균 학습시간은 30분 이상 1시간미만이며, 연수 시기는 방학 중이며, 참여 횟수는 1회, 경험한 연수기관은 사설 연수기관, 요구하는 연수기관으로는 도 교육 연수원, 대학교 사이버연수원 순으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 경험한 교육내용은 컴퓨터 교육과 유치원 교육과정이 가장 많았으며, 요구하는 교육내용은 인성과 창의성 교육, 부모 교육과 상담 및 심리 순의 선호를 나타났다. 교육방법은 온라인 강의식 교육이었으며, 평가방법은 과제물, 출석률, 지필 고사를 종합한 것과 온라인 연수 후 출석 수업 시 지필 고사 순의 선호를 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the kindergarten teachers’ perception and need on cyber education by their career, experience of cyber education, computer literacy. Also, this study was to investigate the kindergarten teachers’ experience and need on cyber education. The results of this study were as followings: First, most of the teachers responded that they were perceived cyber education was internet-based education and distant education. And they were higher perceived cyber education was needed. There was difference by teachers’ experience of cyber education. They have highly concern and like to participate in cyber education. Especially, more experience teacher on cyber education, more like to participate in cyber education. They participated in cyber education for professional development, however not took part in cyber education because of time. Second, most of teachers took part in cyber education were 60 hours, 30-60 minutes a day, on vacation, 1 time. Next, 30 hours, after working, 2 times responded. A lot of teacher took part in cyber education at private or university cyber education center. But, they would like to participate in cyber education at province eduction center, university center. They paid 70,000-100,000won, 100,000-150,000won for free. Almost teacher was learned computer education, early childhood education curriculum through cyber education. However, they would like to learn creativity education, parent education, consultation, and psychology. They were learned by on-line lecture, on-line experiment. They evaluated through report, attended rate, pencil test. On the other hand, they would like to pencil test, on-line test.
