낙랑군 호구부 진위(眞僞) 고찰 Ⅰ

‘낙랑군 호구부 목간’은 그 제목인 ‘낙랑군초원사년현별호구다소집부(樂浪郡初元四年縣別戶口多少集簿)’가 한(漢)나라 때의 중국어 어순(語順)이 아니라 현대 한국어(남한･북한어) 어순이다. 또 현령이 다스리는 1만호 이상의 호구를 가진 동이현을 279호에 2,013명의 아주 작은 현이라 왜곡하였다. 뿐만 아니라 호구가 작은 현을 폐지하거나 호구가 조밀한 지방의 호구를 이주시켜 현의 호구를 적정하게 유지하여야 한다는 한(漢)나라 군현제도를 위배한 수백호의 작은 현들을 10개현이나 기록하고 있다. 또한 낙랑군 호구부의 호구 수와 『한서』 지리지의 호구 수 분석으로 산출된 46년간의 연평균 인구 증가율이 0.785%이었다. 이 연평균 인구 증가율로 시원 2년(서기 2년)에 59,594,978명이었던 한나라 인구가 서기 2016년 현재까지 증가하였다면, 중국의 현재 인구는 약 4조 1,816억 명이 되어야 한다. 극히 비현실적인 인구 증가율인 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 단 3편에 불과한 ‘낙랑군 호구부 목간’이 세로 길이도 각각 다르고, 가로 길이도 각각 다르며 판자의 세로 면을 직선으로 자르지도 못한 조잡한 형상을 하고 있다. 이러한 조잡한 문서는 도저히 중요한 문서로서 만들진 것일 수 없다. 이로서 ‘낙랑군 호구부 목간’은 중국 문장의 어순, 한나라의 군현통치제도, 한나라의 호구 증감율, 한나라의 목간(목독) 제작 방법, 한나라 관리의 위계질서, 한나라 역사지리 기록 등에 대한 지식이 없는 자가 위조한 저급한 위조품이라는 것을 분명히 알 수 있다.
Abstract
‘Wooden planks of Lelang(樂浪) Commandery Census Record(Lelang Households Registry)’ are very crude forgeries so that you can see that they are forgeries just if you see the pictures and read the records. The title of ‘the Wooden planks of Lelang Commandery Census Record,’ are ‘The Census Record at Lelang Commandery dated to 45 B.C.(初元 4 year)’. but, that title is not in the Chinese language order but in the modern Korean language order. In addition, Dongyi(東暆) Prefecture with households of more than 10,000 distorted a very small prefecture with 2,013 persons in 279 households and records 10 prefectures with hundreds households that violated the system of districts and prefectures of Han Dynasty, which provides that the population of a prefecture should be maintained moderately by removing the prefecture with small population or moving the population in a prefecture with dense population. Moreover, Comparing the population of ‘Lelang Households Registry' and ‘Hanseo(漢書) Jiriji(地理志)’, the average annual population growth rate for the 46 years from 45 B.C. to 2 A.D. was 0.785%. If the population of China, which was 59,594,978 in A.D. 2 with an annual average population growth rate of 0.785%, increased by the year 2016, the population of China as of 2016 would have been 4,181.6billion. This is an extremely surreal population growth rate. In addition, since ‘Wooden planks of Lelang Commandery Census Record’ have a crude shape with different vertical length and horizontal length, with the vertical side of the board not cut in a straight line among three pieces, they might never be produced as important documents. By this, it is noted that ‘Wooden planks of Lelang Commandery Census Record’ are crude forgeries forged by a person who did not have any knowledge about the word order of Chinese sentences, the ruling system of districts and prefectures of Han Dynasty, increment rate of the population in Han Dynasty, method of producing Wooden planks (slips) like a Census record, the order of rank of administration in Han Dynasty and historical and geographical records.
