Abstract
The Siberia-Origin theory, an transmission theory of nomad culture is criticized based on the theory of diffusionism and the limit of Altaic theory and the identity of national culture is sought in the agricultural culture by new comparisonism and cultural and ecological method. Overcoming the dependent transmission theory and obsolete theories of foreign scholars is a cultural and academic sovereignty rather than conventional nationalism. The insight of humanities should be recovered out of staleness of making transmission theory as the basis of the cultural homogeneity and of being dependent on biological gene analysis to claim the culture sovereignty as an independent academic sovereignty. The birth myth of Gojoseon is an important literature to prove the agricultural culture. Since rest space of Sindansu in Mt. Taebaek upon which Hwanung descended, 2) Administration system of Pungbaek, Woosa, Unsa, 3) Regarding harvesting of crops as the best among 360 affairs, 4) Vegetarian lifestyle with mugwort and garlic and the like are based on the agricultural culture, It is possible to know that the agricultural culture had been established before Tangun Joseon. Cases are on record in Chinese literatures in which Gija went over to Joseon, farming hemp, weaving hemp cloth, wearing silks. besides engaging in agriculture, rearing silkworm, and making cloth. The most obvious evidence is the fact that Gugjung convention such as Heavenly Ritual was held at Nonggongsipilgi. A variety of agricultural implements of stone, including large stone plow, were excavated in the area of Hongsan Culture, which is interpreted as the birthplace of early agriculture. Relics of dwelling sites of settlement life proved the the history of agricultural culture. The jade(玉器) relics are not only the products of settled agricultural culture but also the rendezvous with Hwanung's world of humanitarianism and Ruling the world with reason. If you keep track of the climate of the Hongshan Culture period, this area is considered as an ideal location for the agricultural life at that time. In Chinese academic circle, the nation which had established Hongsan culture is said as Hongsangoguk. However, Hongsan culture is established based on the agricultural culture of the Sinsigoguk which Emperor Hwanung founded in terms of geographical territory, historical period, relevant literatures.
