남녀 고교생의 이성교제폭력 실태와 예측요인

초록

본 연구는 고등학생을 대상으로 남녀 청소년의 이성교제폭력 실태와 예측요인을 살펴봄으로써 이성교제폭력 예방 및 개입에 근거를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구결과, 이성교제시 신체적 폭력을 경험한 고교생은 전체의 22.6%로 나타났으며, 가해경험과 쌍방경험에서 여학생이 남학생에 비해 높은 경험율을 보였다. 남녀 모두에게서 일방적 가해나 피해에 비해 쌍방경험의 비율이 높았다. 이성교제폭력의 예측요인은 성별에 따라 달라서 남학생의 경우, 폭력허용도, 비행, 부모로부터의 신체적 폭력이, 여학생의 경우, 성차별적 태도, 폭력허용도, 비행이 예측요인으로 나타났다. 또한 각 예측요인이 가해, 피해, 쌍방경험의 위험율에 미치는 영향력에 있어서, 성차별적 태도는 여학생의 가해경험, 폭력허용도는 남학생의 쌍방경험, 여학생의 가해경험과 쌍방경험, 비행은 남학생의 피해경험과 쌍방경험, 여학생의 가해경험과 쌍방경험, 부모로부터의 신체적 폭력은 남학생의 가해경험과 쌍방경험의 예측요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년복지 실천에 시사하는 바를 논의하였다.

Abstract

This study examined the prevalence and the predictors of dating violence by high school students. As the results, 22.6% of adolescents reported to have been perpetrators or victims of physical violence at least once in their relationships with opposite-sex friends. The violence rates of female students were higher than male. The rate of bidirectional experience was higher than perpetrating or victimizing only experience. The predictors of physical violence were different by gender. Gender role attitude was a predictor of female's perpetrating, justification of violence was male's bidirectional and female's perpetrating and bidirectional, delinquency was males' victimizing and bidirectional and female's perpetrating and bidirectional, being physically abused by parents was male's perpetrating and bidirectional experience. Suggestions and implications with regard to raising adolescents welfare intervention were discussed.
