청소년의 사회적 외상경험과 사회불안의 관계에서 비합리적 신념의 매개효과

본 연구는 중․고등학생 574명을 대상으로 청소년의 사회적 외상경험과 사회불안의 관계에서 비합리적 신념의 매개효과를 알아보았다. 그 결과 사회적 외상경험과 사회불안의 측정변인들은 모두 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 비합리적 신념과 사회적 외상경험 그리고 비합리적 신념과 사회불안은 대체로 낮은 상관관계를 보였다. 비합리적 신념의 매개효과를 가정한 사회불안 모형은 부분매개모형을 채택하였으며, 비합리적 신념을 매개로 하는 간접효과보다 사회적 외상경험이 사회불안으로 가는 직접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 청소년의 사회불안에 있어 사회적 외상경험의 직접 영향이 비합리적 신념을 거치는 간접 영향 보다 더 크다는 것을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study examined the mediating effects of irrational beliefs in the relationships between adolescent social traumatic experience and social anxiety. The subjects were 574 students(281 boys and 293 girls) who belong to the middle schools and high schools. The correlations between social traumatic experience, social anxiety, and irrational beliefs generally showed low correlations. Fit index through the structural equation model did not reach the standard. But except perfection is solving of irrational beliefs in the relationships between theoretical variables and measuring variables, all the rest explained theoretical variables properly. Fit index of partial mediation model was higher than full mediation model in all groups. However, the direct effect which makes social traumatic experience moves to social anxiety found higher than indirect effect mediated by irrational beliefs.
