이 연구의 목적은 특성화고등학교 졸업예정자의 고용가능성과 직업가치관, 취업준비행동 및 NCS(National Competency Standards) 기반 교육과정의 인과적 관계를 구명하는데 있었다. 따라서 이 연구는 가설적 경로모형의 적합도 검증과 인과관계를 구명하기 위해 공분산 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였으며, 모든 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 특성화고등학교 졸업예정자의 고용가능성과 직업가치관, 취업준비행동 및 NCS기반 교육과정 간의 가설적 인과모형의 적합도가 양호한 것으로 나타나 변인간의 인과관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 특성화고등학교 졸업예정자의 직업가치관(β= .692), 취업준비행동(β= .836), NCS기반 교육과정(β= .465)은 고용가능성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 셋째, 특성화고등학교 졸업예정자의 고용가능성과 NCS기반 교육과정의 관계에서 취업준비행동(0.513)은 유의미한 매개효과가 있었으나, 직업가치관은 유의미한 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 직업가치관과 고용가능성의 관계에서 취업준비행동(0.638)은 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study seeks to identify causal relationships in future employability, vocational values, employment preparation behavior, and the National Competency Standard(NCS)-based curricula, with respect to students in specialized high schools. Covariance structure analysis was used to estimate parameters of proposed research model. All data analyses were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. This study found the following: first, the fit of the hypothetical causal model between employability, vocational values, employment preparation behavior, and NCS-based curricula was identified as suitable. Second, occupational values(β= .692), employment preparation behavior(β= .836), and curriculum based on NCS(β= .465) have a direct impact on employability. Third, in the relationship between employability and NCS-based curricula, the employment preparation behavior (0.513) had a significant mediating effect, but the occupational values did not show a significant mediating effect. Fourth, in the relationship between occupational values and employability, employment preparation behavior(0.638) showed a significant mediating effect.
