초록
Abstract
This research aims to give a outline of reform and development of Chinese military-security for 30 years after reform and opening-up. That is, it addresses chinese-characteristic military reform and changes. Chinese military-security development have lots of implications. Its meaning will be reviewed in various directions and outlook is to be estimated. China have had a goal to make a military revolutionize, modernize and regularize. To achieve this goal, China have reformed military from quantity-scale to quality-scale, from manpower-centered to technology-centered. Chinese-characteristic reform in military affairs means that the smaller is the scale of military, the stronger fighting power is day by day. Chinese military reform and development have theoretic and realistic implications not only to inquire into security situation in East Asia, but to predict international order.
