Plantar faciitis is most common cause of heel pain which starts anterior tubercle of calcaneus. It is chronic inflamation of plantar fascia, reduces collagen and water content of heel pain which incur the degenerative changes with elastic fiber weakness. We treated one patient after extracorporeal shock wave treatment. We diagnosed him with X-ray and treated her conservative maneuver as to oriental medical method. We measured Vas(Visual analogue scale) and thermographic picture of both leg. Visual analogue scale is from 10 to 4 and thermographic picture of both leg were improved in cases.
