위분문부에 위치한 과립세포종 1예

초록
과립세포종은 피부, 구강, 유방 등에서 발견되는 양성 종양으로, 면역조직학적으로 S-100 단백 등에 염색되는 소견으로 보아, 신경세포에서 유래한 것으로 알려져 있다. 위장관 발생률은 낮으며, 그 중에서 호발하는 부위는 식도이며, 위에서 발견되는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 29세 여자에서, 검진 목적으로 시행한 내시경 검사에서 우연히 발견된 위분문부 점막하 종양을 내시경으로 절제 후, 과립세포종으로 확진한 1예를 보고하고자 한다.
