신경섬유종증의 동반 없이 발생한 단발성 결장 신경섬유종 1예
A Solitary Colonic Neurofibroma in a Patient without Neurofibromatosis

신경 섬유종은 대개 신경 섬유종증의 임상 표현의 하나로 나타나며 흔히 다발성으로 나타나므로 결장의 단발성 신경 섬유종은 아주 드물다. 34세 남자가 2개월간의 무른변을 주소로 내원하였다. 과거력에서 특이 소견은 없었으며 신체 검사에서도 특이할 만한 피부 병변은 없었으며 내시경 소견에서 무경성의 0.4 cm 크기의 용종이 구불 창자에서 보여 제거하였다. 조직 검사에서 점막 내 다수의 방추상 세포가 증식되어 있으면서 점액모양의 변화 및 염증 세포도 보이고 있었고 면역조직화학검사 결과에서 S-100 단백에 양성 소견을 보였다. 용종의 형태학적 면역조직화학 염색 소견은 신경 섬유종에 합당한 소견이었다. 현재 신경 섬유종증을 동반하지 않은 소화기관 내 단발성 신경 섬유종은 13예가 보고되고 있고 이 중 대장을 침범한 경우는 3예만이 보고되고 있어 증례 보고하는 바이다.
