전위절제술 후 발생한 식도 분석 1예
A Case of a Primary Esophageal Bezoar after a Total Gastrectomy

분석(bezoar)은 음식물이나 머리카락 등의 이물질이 위 장관에서 장기간 배출되지 못하고 축적되어 형성되는 것으로 일반적으로 위에서 발견된다. 식도에서는 드물게 보고되고 위로부터 역류하여 이차적으로 발생하거나 식도의 운동장애나 해부학적 이상을 동반한 경우에 발생할 수 있으며 위 절제술 후 발생한 식도분석은 아직 국내에 보고된 바 없다. 저자들은 전위절제술 후 발생한 식도분석을 합병증 없이 내시경으로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
