정신장애인 직업재활담당자의 소진보호요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 부산․경남, 대구․경북지역의 정신보건관련기관의 정신장애인 직업재활담당자를 대상으로 소진을 어떻게 보호하고 있는지를 파악하기 위해 질적분석방법으로 조사하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2009년 12월 28일부터 2010년 1월 29일까지였다. 연구참여자들은 12명으로 심층인터뷰를 통해 진술한 내용을 분석한 결과 소진보호 요인으로 구성된 의미가 56개로 도출되었다. 이들 구성된 의미를 유사한 내용으로 묶고 분류한 결과 21개의 주제와 7개의 주제묶음으로 분류되었으며 연구자에 의해 명명되었다. 직업재활담당자들이 경험하고 있는 소진보호 요인으로 나타난 7개의 주제묶음은 다양한 경험, 유연한 사고, 주변사람들의 지지, 다양한 영역의 학습, 기관의 보상, 교육, 유관기관과의 연계활동으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to conduct a qualitative analysis on how mental health experts in charge of the vocational rehabilitation of mentally disabled persons at mental health institutions located in Busan, Gyeongnam, Daegu and Gyeongbuk are protecting themselves from being burn-out. For the purpose, this researcher collected data from Dec. 28, 2009 to Jan. 29, 2010. In detail, the researcher profoundly interviewed 12 mental health experts as participants of the study, and analyzed their statements. As a result, the researcher could conceptualize 94 factors for their burnout protection. Next, the 56 formulated meaning were grouped into 21 theme in accordance with the extent to which they were similar to each other and then regrouped into 7 cluster of theme which in turn were titled by the researcher. Out of the cluster of theme, 7 were referred to by vocational rehabilitation workers as most effectively protecting them from being burne-out. The 7 cluster of theme were a variety of experiences, flexible thinking, supports from people around them, learning in various fields, remuneration from mental health institutions, education and training, and activities in connection with mental health institutions. Based on the findings of the study, finally, the researcher considered what should be actually practiced.
