본 연구는 국민기초수급대상 여성장애인 중 자활대상자를 대상으로 그들의 노동시장 진입 실태 및 영향요인을 파악하여, 여성장애인의 노동시장 진입을 지원할 수 있는 정책적인 대안을 제시하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 여성장애인 노동시장 진입 실태 관련 요인을 로지스틱 회귀분석(Logistic Regression)으로 분석하였고, 보충적으로 질적 분석(Qualitative Analysis)을 활용하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 국민기초 수급 여성장애인들의 경우 거주지역, 장애유형, 자활의지가 노동시장 진입에 영향을 주는 요소로 드러났다. 질적 분석을 통해‘노동시장 진입 장벽’, ‘노동시장 진입 경로 상 문제점’을 살펴봄으로써 사회 관계적 특성과 제도적 요인이 노동시장 진입에 영향을 미칠 수 없었던 한계를 지적하였다. 결과적으로 국민기초 수급 여성장애인의 탈 빈곤을 위해서는 노동시장 진입 수준을 높이기 위한 특화된 서비스 및 제도적인 마련이 시급함을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of entry into the labor market of conditional welfare women recipients with disability who are under the double torture of poverty and handicap and to find factors affecting entry into the labor market. The data were analyzed using statistical techniques such as logistic regression and Qualitative Analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the factors affecting entry into the labor market such as residential district, the attribution to disability, willingness for self-sufficiency were found to be a significant factor. Second, through Qualitative Analysis, we found the barrier and problem of entry process into labor market. We pointed the limitation of social support system and institutional system.
