본 연구는 기업의 현장실습 현황 파악을 통해 향후 현장실습의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현장실습 프로그램을 운영한 경험이 있는 전국의 기업 317곳의 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과를 현장학습 이전, 현장학습 중, 현장학습 이후로 나누어 살펴본 주된 내용은 다음과 같다. 참가자 모집은 대부분 학교를 통해 이루어지고 있었으며, 실습생 대상 사전교육은 대부분 기업에서 이루어지고 있었다. 다수의 기업은 참가자의 업무수행 수준에 만족하며, 계속 운영 및 현장실습 참가자 채용 의사를 나타내었다. 본 논문은 이를 종합하여 향후 현장실습 개선을 위한 정책적 대응방안을 아래와 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 기업은 현장실습생 모집경로를 다양화 해야 하며, 기업 섭외에 있어 학생들이 의견을 개진할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 학교 주도의 현장실습 사전교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 현장실습 참여를 취업으로 연계할 수 있는 방안을 마련하여야 한다.
Abstract
Purpose of this study is to figure out the status of industry field training and to suggest improvement plan for industry field training. We surveyed 317 companies that have experienced industry field training for college students. The survey is conducted by following 3steps(Before industrial field training-During industrial field training-After the industrial field training). Companies mainly raise participants through colleges. And most prior training is held in company, not in college. Most companies are satisfying the level of work performance and they are willing to keep operate industry field training and hire trainee as regular worker. In the last part of this paper, we inclusively the companie’s opinion and suggest improvement plan of industrial field training for the future. Combined all the survey result, this study suggest policy implications for further industrial field training. First, Companies should diversify student recruiting way. Second, Prior training should be conducted by college. Lastly, Industrial field training should be implemented to get a job for students.
