본 연구는 대전․충남지역 4년제 대학교의 평생교육사 양성과정 참여 대학생 392명을 대상으로 대학생의 가족탄력성과 창의성 및 자기결정성이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에 대한 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생의 가족탄력성은 진로성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 대학생의 창의성은 진로성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 대학생의 자기결정성은 진로성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 대학생의 가족탄력성과 진로성숙도 사이에서 창의성과 자기결정성은 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 대학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위해서는 가족탄력성과 창의성 및 자기결정성이 선행되어야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구결과는 대학생들의 취업교육 및 진로교육의 질적 수준 향상과 취업률 제고에 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
This study explores the influence of family resilience, creativity and self-determination oncareer maturity of college students who participated in the training courses from lifelong educators. The partcipants of this study were 392 students at 4-year college, Daejeon, Chungnam. In order to achieve the objective of this study, a multiple regression analysis was applied. The results of the study are in the following sentences. First, the family resilience, creativity, self-determination of college students has a significant influence on career maturity. Second, the confirmed that creativity, and self-determination have meaningful mediation influence between the family resilience and career maturity. This suggests that it should be followed in order to improve career maturity of college students family resilience and creativity and self-determinism. The results of this study provide suggestions for improving vocational education and improve the quality of college education and employment career.
