본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 심리적 성장환경, 자아개념, 공격성의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 서술적 조사연구로 간호대학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨의 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과 심리적 성장환경 3.46점, 자아개념 명확성 2.83점, 공격성 2.42점(분노감 2.68점, 언어적 공격행동 2.65점, 적대감 2.45점, 신체적 공격행동 2.11점)이었다. 심리적 성장환경이 높을수록 자아개념 명확성이 높았고, 분노감과 적대감은 낮았으며, 자아개념 명확성이 높을수록 신체적 공격행동, 분노감, 적대감이 낮았다. 공격성 중 적대감의 영향인자는 자기개념 내적 일관성, 자기개념 자기확신성, 심리적 성장환경 등으로 28.4%를 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호대학생들에게 심리적 성장환경을 긍정적으로 받아들이고 자아개념을 명확하게 함으로써 사람들에게 공격성향으로 드러나는 적대감을 낮출 수 있을 것이며 차후에는 간호조직 부적응, 이직 등의 부정적 반응을 줄일 수 있는 인력관리의 기본방안이 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among psychological growth environment, self-concept clarity and aggression of nursing students. Method: Data was collected from convenient sample of 598 nursing students. The Questionnaire measured the level of psychological growth environment, self-concept clarity and aggression of nursing students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and pearson's correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression. Result: The mean score of psychological growth environment was 3.46, self-concept clarity was 2.83, aggression was 2.42. There was significant positive correlation among psychological growth environment, self-concept clarity and aggression. The Psychological growth environment were positively related to the self-concept clarity. The psychological growth environment were positively related to the aggression. There was also a positive relationship between self-concept clarity and aggression. The factors affecting to hostility were internal consistency, self-confidence and psychological growth environment as 28.4%. Conclusion: Through nursing students are accepted psychological growth environment positively and clarified their self-concept, hostility, a part of aggressiveness is reduced and it will be a basic policy of nursing system as manpower that decrease nurses’ maladjustment and leaving nursing job.
