본 연구는 장애아동 사회복지서비스 이용 현황 분석을 한 후, 앤더슨과 뉴만(Andersen & Newman, 1973)모델을 적용하여 장애아동의 사회복지서비스이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 앤더슨과 뉴만(Andersen & Newman, 1973)의 모델은 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 결정적인 요인을 분석하는데 유용하게 적용되는 모델이다. 이를 위해 D와 K지역의 장애아동을 직접 돌보고 있는 보호자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 225부를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석방법은 장애아동 사회복지서비스 이용현황과 영향요인을 살펴보기 위해 SPSS win21.0프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 장애아동 사회복지서비스 현황 분석에서 서비스 인지율, 이용 경험률, 만족도, 이용희망률은 전반적으로 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 장애아동의 나이, 사회적지지, 장애등급이 장애아동 사회복지서비스 이용에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 따른 함의를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서의 서비스 이용현황과 영향요인을 분석하는 것은 현재 사회복지서비스 이용을 높일 수 있는 정책적 근거가 될 수 있고, 장애아동복지에 대한 기존 연구를 보완할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
In this study, after analyzing the situation of using disabled children 's social welfare services, we applied Anderson and Newman(1973) model and analyzed factors affecting the use of social welfare services for handicapped children. The model of Anderson and Newman(1973) is an applied model that is useful for analyzing the important factors that affect the use of social welfare services. This conducted a questionnaire survey of parents who are directly caring for children with disabilities of D and K area for the purpose, to take advantage of the final 225 parts of the analysis. In the analysis method, descriptive statistics and logistic regression were performed using the SPSS win21.0 program to examine the status of use of social welfare services for the disabled children and the influence factors. As a result of the research, the present status of the welfare service for handicapped children shows that service cognition, utilization rate, satisfaction level, and desire rate of use are generally high, and the age, social support, And statistical significance was found in the use of services. And to provide ships based on the results of these analyzes. The analysis of the service use and the factors influencing the research in this research can complement existing research on the welfare of the handicapped by providing a policy basis that can enhance the utilization of current social welfare services It has significance.
