2020년 이후로 상용화가 전망되고 있는 자율주행 자동차는 첨단 산업과 기술들의 융합으로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 그러나 기술이 아닌 이를 사용하는 인간, 즉 사용자 관점에서 자율주행 자동차 환경에서 새로운 변화로 요구될 수 있는 사용자 경험에 대한 논의는 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구는 자율주행 자동차 차량 내 환경에서 새롭게 변화될 수 있는 인간과 차량 간의 인터랙션을 사용자 관점에서 살펴보았다. 운전자인 사용자와 자동차 시스템과 상호작용을 통합적으로 살피고 두 객체 간의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 인터랙션 플로우와 인터랙션 모델을 모형화 하였다. 또한 이들을 기반으로 자율주행 자동차 환경에서 사용자 관점의 인터랙션의 특징을 자율주행 단계 별 고찰하였다. 결과적으로 자율주행 자동차 환경에서 사용자 관점의 인터랙션은 자동차 시스템의 자동화 단계가 높아질수록 일부 축소되거나 전체가 생략되는 변화를 보였다. 이러한 인터랙션 모형에 대한 이해는 자율주행 환경에서의 사용자 관점 인터랙션 디자인 가이드라인 설계의 기반이 될 수 있다.
Abstract
The autonomous driving vehicles which is expected after 2020, are developing with the fusion of cutting edge industry and technology. However, there are not enough discussions for new user experience that may be demanded in the autonomous driving vehicle environment in the user perspective. This study looked at the interaction that could be changed newly in the environment of inside vehicle of the autonomous driving at the user perspective. It modeled the interaction flow and interaction model to look at the interaction between the user who is the driver and the vehicle system in the integrated way and find out characteristics between two objects. Based on them, in addition, it considered the characteristics of interaction in each autonomous driving levels from the user perspective in the autonomous driving vehicle environment. Eventually, the interaction of the user perspective in the autonomous driving vehicle environment was partly reduced or omitted as a whole when the automation level became higher. The understanding of this interaction model could be the base of designing the interaction at the user perspective in the autonomous driving environment.
